	All our professionals at Jana L Long, DMD maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in cosmetic dentistry. Jana L Long, DMD Dr Long graduated with honors from Oregon Health Science University in Portland, OR. Dr. Long has been caring for dental patients since her start in the dental field many years ago as a dental assistant. Finding a love for dentistry and a desire to further her career she then attended Eastern Washington University, where she graduated cum laude with a BS in dental hygiene. After practicing dental hygiene for two years in a family dental office, she went on to pursue her Doctorate degree in dentistry. Dr. Long is a native north-westerner having lived the majority of her life in Washington and Oregon, before moving to sunny Arizona. She maintains her private practice in Cottonwood, AZ. Dr. Long’s practice philosophy is based upon extreme excellence. 	Holly - Front Office Manager Holly is your first connection to our wonderful office. Holly is a 5th generation resident of the Verde Valley. Holly and her husband enjoy ranch life in Cornville where they train, and show horses. Holly will assist with coordination of your appointments and insurance billing. She is very friendly and helpful, and excels in her problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service. B.S. Business administration and marketing, Northern AZ University.

	Dawn - Dental Hygienist Dawn, holds a BS degree in Dental Hygiene. She will gather information to assist Dr. Long in the diagnosis of gum problems. She also provides care for the treatment and prevention of periodontal (gum) disease. Dawn's primary focus is to help you maintain your dental health through comprehensive care and primary prevention.
	Heather - Dental Assistant Heather is originally from Oregon, although most recently a Vermonter. She and her husband moved to AZ to escape the cold winters back east, and enjoy the desert life. Heather has been a dental assistant for approximately 20 years, and specializes in making sure you feel at ease during your dental appointment. She works chairside with Dr. Long to complete outstanding dental care for you.
	Lorna - Dental Hygienist Lorna, holds a BS degree in Dental Hygiene. Lorna's focus is primary prevention and active treatment of periodontal (gum) disease. She will help you to understand diseases of the gums and provide care to treat and prevent these problems. Lorna is known for her thorough and gentle nature. She will pass on some at-home oral hygiene tips to help keep your gums in check between visits.
	Bri - Dental Assistant Bri Figy is a dental assistant in our office, and because she has multiple talents and skills, she also helps out at the front desk from time to time. Bri grew up in the Verde Valley, and has completed an A.A. degree in Liberal Arts at Yavapai Community College. She will help make you feel at ease, and will assist Dr. Long in providing dental treatment during your visit. In her spare time, Bri enjoys music, she plays drums, guitar and sings. She is also very active in her church community.
